WOOD EPOXY

They are two-component transparent epoxy systems developed as A (epoxy) and B (hardener) specifically for epoxy tables, coffee tables and furniture decoration.

Its brightness, high UV and yellowing resistance allow it to achieve a transparent and glass appearance in wooden furniture products.

Thanks to its low viscosity and very low reaction heat, it provides ease of application and creates a smooth surface.

Thanks to its specially developed formulas for thin and thick casting, it ensures that products with excellent visual properties are obtained according to the application area.

Areas of Use

Epoxy table, coffee table, furniture decoration

Product Features

* Should be used in the ratio A:B/2:1 by weight. (Example: 1000 grams of Resin + 500 grams of Hardener)

* It has a transparent appearance.

* It has high gloss feature.

* Thanks to its special formulation, it has high UV resistance and is resistant to yellowing.

* It should be applied at a maximum of 4-6 cm.

Usage

The resin and hardener components should be mixed 2:1 by weight.

Scales must be used for weighing.

Mixing should be done as slowly as possible.

While mixing, the "A-Resin" component should be poured into the "B-Hardener" component and mixed at a slow speed until a homogeneous appearance is achieved.

The prepared mixture is poured into the mold to be applied and left to dry.

Vacuum treatment should preferably be applied before pouring into the mold.

Points to Consider

*The products are two-component and cannot be used alone.

*Care should be taken to use occupational safety equipment during use. Gloves, goggles, and apron should be used .

*Applications should preferably be carried out at room temperature (+23°C).

*The products must be at temperatures between +18°C and +25°C before use.

*A precision scale must be used for weighing.

*The containers in which the mixture will be made and the equipment used must be dry and clean.

*To remove the foam on the surface, a blue blowtorch flame can be quickly passed over the surface or a hot air gun can be used.

*Low ambient temperatures and low thickness may cause delayed drying, while high ambient temperatures and casting thicker than recommended may cause yellowing problems in the reaction.

*Contact of the products with the skin should be avoided.

*Products should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be stored between +15 °C and +40 °C, with the packaging closed airtight.
