Our Shipping Policy
- We strive to ship your ordered products the same day. For products that require time to be delivered, the delivery time is 3 business days, as specified in the product details. You will be notified if delivery is likely to be delayed.
- In order for the product delivery to be completed without any disruption, please provide the address of your location as the delivery address during the day.
- Your requests will be processed according to the delivery type you specify at the end of your order. Products will be shipped from our Denizli-based company via MNG Cargo. Once your orders are confirmed, they will be delivered to the Cargo company within two (2) business days at the latest.
- You can discuss different delivery terms with our customer service representative. Shipping is only available in Türkiye.
